What is PortableOfiz?

PortableOfiz is a multi-purpose web service that enables you to send and receive voice, fax and e-mail messages from anywhere, anytime without a physical land line. With PortableOfiz, you will no longer need a PBX system, fax machine and e-mail server.

PortableOfiz allocates you your own 8 digit private number (e.g. 03-20969022) to send and receive messages and also divert calls to a number specified by you. All you have to do is to simply login to www.portableofiz.com from anywhere in the world to use PortableOfiz's services.

Main Features

1. Fax to E-mail - Whenever someone faxes a document to your 8 digit PortableOfiz number, the fax will be diverted to your inbox. No more busy signal and SAVE MONEY on maintenance costs.
   
   
2. Voicemail - Listen to your voicemails over the phone, or collect them in your e-mail account as audio attachments, which can then be played on your PC or PDA.
   
   
3. Virtual PBX - Operate a PBX without having to own one. When someone calls your 8 digit PortableOfiz number, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will answer the call and divert the call to your mobile phone or any number specified by you.
   
   
4. E-Mail - Each user will be provided with an e-mail address and 30MB of storage to store their messages (e.g. user@portableofiz.com). Besides the traditional method, you can have your e-mail sent to you as a fax or SMS.
